We hold the answers within us...

We often ask ourselves what is it that I am here to do, what is my purpose, what direction should I be moving in – am I lost? The answers to these many questions are not outside of ourselves but truly within. When we travel inwards, into the stillness, we can feel the ebb and flow of life, we start to understand our place in it and why we are here.

For many this can be extremely difficult, if not impossible. How can we profoundly move inwards when our outer world has a stronger hold on us – our third dimensional reality. The answer is quite simple…be still and stay still. Calm the mind and use your breath to pull into your divine essence. Lower the sound of the internal and external chatter, find the place within you that the light dwells, amid the void. This is the place we meet our inner knowing, the place that holds the key. The more we travel inwards, energetically the more we expand outwards.

From this place of insular stillness, we can reach further than we ever could outwardly…into realms and dimensions of higher vibrational frequency. In these states of being we can truly hear our divine will, our inner divine voice speak to us -the answers to our many questions. We will instinctively, feel it, sense It, and know it.
