As a Reiki Master Teacher and Astra Reiki Master, in this session I offer a combination of Reiki golden ray energy and channell various multi-dimensional high frequency Light healing energies. It heals on all levels emotionally, physically and spiritually. The combined energy flow clears stagnant & dense energy, balances and raises the body's energetic vibrational frequency, and activates the natural healing processes in each client's body. Reiki stimulates deep relaxation in a safe and relaxing environment, and in that state, you are more easily able to connect to your Higher knowing and innate "truth". Meditation may be used to reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and pain. It may be done while sitting, repeating a mantra, and closing the eyes in a quiet environment.

WHAT IS PAST LIFE REGRESSION?

Past life regression (PLR) enables you to recall and experience a previous life that is directly affecting your current life. PLR is a deep healing process and in exploring these lives, we can gain understanding and insights into how trauma from a past life has affected our current life.
The past life you are taken to during a session will be the one that is having the biggest effect on your current life. You maybe a male or female, living in another country or century, a different race or even a Starbeing.
PLR helps to release and dissolve imprints and energetic ties that our soul has taken on from our past lives so we can freely move forward in our current lives without the dense emotions, behaviours, beliefs and energies from our Past lives holding us back.
Some issues that may be resolved through past life regression include: limiting beliefs & repetitive patterns, understanding karmic relationships, fears & phobias, internal blockages to moving forward in your life, finding a reason for current life situations, unexplained physical pains & symptoms, unexplained weight gain/loss, clarity in soul purpose, understanding spontaneous regressions.
WHAT IS REIKI?
Rei means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki is "life force energy"
Reiki is simply a name for a timeless eternal energy which mankind has accessed in many cultures over many centuries. Reiki is a highly refined energy that comes from the same basic source as electro-magnetism which flows through all living matter. Reiki is a complementary therapy which can work in conjunction with any other treatment to relieve side effects.
When your life force energy is high and flowing freely, you are healthy and happy. If your life force energy is low, you are vunerable to illness, depression and stress. Reiki is natural, an input of pure energy which helps heal our physical, mental and emotional states, improves our spiritual growth and tunes and clears the chakras allowing the body to heal itself through its own energy.
The system of Reiki was founded in Japan in the early 1900's by Mikao Usui and has been passed down from teacher to student since this time. It was introduced to the West in the mid-1900's by Hawayo Takata who was born in Hawaii of Japanese descent. Maiko Usui founded the Usui System of Reiki. Today Reiki is widely used throughout the world as both a self-help tool and to assist others in a multitude of situations from private practices to hospitals.

Past Life Regression
PLR is not suitable for those who have serious mental health issues, or addictions, or who are going through a major crisis. You do need a fairly stable life and sense of self to do this work. If you have very strong religious views that deny the possibility of past lives you may have difficulty in doing this work.
